Understanding who you are, and the life you want is central to my coaching approach. This foundation and vision for the future gives us a clear start and end point.

I don’t do expensive assessments or linear career models. Instead, I bring two decades of knowledge and experience, and boil that down to tailor a solution that’s right for you. We’ll use design thinking methodology and tried-and-tested tools along the way. This approach helps you explore possibilities, remove blockers and encourages experimentation.
