I’m a career coach, consultant and facilitator intent on aligning my career with the life I want to lead. My mission is to help others do the same.
For over two decades my career has been dedicated to helping people realise their potential and creating more people-centred leaders and organisations.
My experience spans public, private, finance and cultural sectors in New Zealand and internationally. I have held senior leadership roles and specialised in organisational development; leadership, learning and talent; research and analysis; HR consulting; leading change and project management.
Throughout this time, I’ve experienced several career transitions - most proactive, some reactive - including the challenges of redundancy. I’ve also taken several breaks and sabbaticals. These deliberate pauses have taught me valuable lessons about the power of intentionally designing regular career breaks, and the professional and personal dividends they can deliver.
After 18 years leading and working inside organisations to support their people, my career is now a portfolio of coaching, consulting, speaking and facilitating.
My career coaching practice is at the heart of my portfolio, driven by my passion for meaningful work as part of a well-lived life. I hold a transformational coaching certification from Coach Masters Academy - an International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited provider. In my practice, I work with ambitious senior professionals to help them create a career that aligns with the life they want to lead.
