Navigating Redundancy
Redundancy is hard. It can be overwhelming and mentally exhausting.
I’ll help you explore your options, feel more confident, and get prepared for your next step.
How I can help
I’ve been in your shoes and I understand how daunting it can feel to face redundancy and the impact on career decisions that come with it.
That’s why I don’t use expensive assessments or linear career models. Instead, I start by understanding who you are, and the life you want to lead. From there I’ll design a bespoke approach to help you navigate the process, support you along the way and get you confidently moving forward.
My approach to handling redundancy is bespoke for each client…
Redundancy and our responses to it are unique to each of us and our context. My own experiences of redundancy, together with extensive experience in HR and leadership, has given me a deep understanding of what people experience and the various processes involved. It’s not an easy path and I understand how mentally exhausting it can be.
I’ll take the time to understand what you’re facing and help you figure out your next steps with confidence. Whether it involves redeployment, applying for a new role within your current organisation, or leaving and planning what’s next. I’ll tailor a coaching approach to help you explore your options and navigate any outcome.
Support for my clients has included interview preparation, 90-day new role plans and working through survivor syndrome, as well as exploring alternative careers through using career scenarios and design thinking methodology.
